TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to the Skin Lounge Passport Membership at Vicki Clarke Cosmetics Skin & Body Clinic.

By joining the Skin Lounge Passport Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Your Skin Lounge Passport includes one personalised Skin Lounge appointment per membership month according to your chosen membership tier.

Tier 1 | The Express Route
£70 per month
40 minutes
Up to 2 modalities

Tier 2 | The Signature Escape
£109 per month
60 minutes
Up to 3 modalities

Tier 3 | The Ultimate Destination
£159 per month
90 minutes
Up to 4 modalities

Treatments are bespoke and therapist led. Treatments and modalities will be selected according to your consultation, individual goals, treatment suitability and professional judgement.

The number of modalities stated within each tier is a maximum and does not guarantee that the maximum number will be appropriate or required at every appointment.

2. TIER 1 MICRONEEDLING UPGRADE

Microneedling is not included as a standard modality within Tier 1, The Express Route.

Tier 1 members may add Microneedling with EGF Skin Boosters to an eligible Skin Lounge appointment for an additional £59 per treatment.

This is an exclusive Tier 1 member upgrade price and remains subject to consultation, contraindications and treatment suitability.

3. INITIAL MEMBERSHIP TERM

Your Skin Lounge Passport begins with an initial three month membership commitment.

Membership fees are paid monthly throughout this initial three month period. By joining, you agree to make all three monthly payments in accordance with your chosen membership tier.

Your membership benefits and preferential member pricing are provided on the basis of this initial commitment.

After completing your initial three months, your membership will automatically continue on a monthly rolling basis unless cancelled. Please contact us directly to ensure easy cancelation vickiclarkecosmetics@mail.com

4. MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS

Membership payments must remain up to date for appointments and Passport privileges to be used.

If a payment is unsuccessful, membership appointments, discounts and privileges may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding payment has been resolved.

All treatments already received must be covered by the corresponding membership payment.

5. BOOKING YOUR MONTHLY APPOINTMENT

Appointments are subject to availability and advance booking is strongly recommended.

Preferred dates, appointment times and individual therapists cannot be guaranteed.

All treatments remain subject to consultation, contraindications and professional suitability.

If a particular treatment or modality is not appropriate for you, your therapist may recommend or provide a suitable alternative within your membership.

6. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We understand that plans sometimes change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your Skin Lounge appointment, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be treated as your monthly appointment and therefore forfeited.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in that month's appointment being forfeited.

Where sufficient notice is provided, we will make reasonable efforts to rearrange your appointment, subject to availability.

Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may affect our ability to offer preferred appointment dates or times.

7. LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive in good time for your appointment.

If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened so that appointments following yours are not delayed.

Your appointment will still finish at its originally scheduled time and your monthly treatment allocation will be considered used.

Where you arrive so late that there is insufficient time to provide the treatment safely or effectively, the appointment may need to be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation.

8. UNUSED MONTHLY APPOINTMENTS

Skin Lounge is designed as a regular monthly treatment journey.

Monthly appointments do not automatically roll over into future months.

Where exceptional circumstances prevent attendance, please contact the clinic as soon as possible. Any extension or exception will be considered individually and remains subject to availability.

Unused appointments cannot be exchanged for cash, products, refunds or account credit.

9. GIFT A MONTH

Active Passport members may gift their own monthly Skin Lounge appointment to another person up to three times within each 12 month membership period.

The gifted appointment replaces the member's own appointment for that month. It is not an additional complimentary treatment.

The recipient must complete any required consultation and must be suitable for the treatments provided.

Gifted appointments cannot be exchanged for cash, products or credit.

10. PASSPORT SKINCARE PRIVILEGE

Active Skin Lounge Passport members receive 10% off Bijou Mère Skincare.

The discount is available while membership remains active and payments are up to date.

The discount cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with another promotion unless specifically stated.

11. PASSPORT SPRAY TAN PRIVILEGE

Active Skin Lounge Passport members can enjoy a full body cosmetic spray tan for the exclusive member price of £15.99.

This preferential price is available while membership remains active and payments are up to date.

Appointments remain subject to availability, consultation and treatment suitability.

12. YOUR BIRTHDAY PRIVILEGE

Active Passport members may enjoy one Skin Lounge Birthday Experience during each 12 month membership period.

Bring five paying guests and your own place is complimentary.

Each of your five guests pays £99.

Your Skin Lounge Birthday Experience includes:

Non Surgical Facelift Massage

Bespoke Skin Analysis & Product Application

Ice Globes

Himalayan Salt Stone Neck, Back & Shoulder Massage

LED Light Facial Therapy Mask

Iced drinks & nibbles

The Birthday Experience must be booked in advance and is subject to availability.

All guests must complete any required consultation and be suitable for the treatments provided.

The complimentary member place cannot be transferred to another person, exchanged for cash, substituted for another membership benefit or used as membership credit.

13. SIX MONTH MYSTERY GIFT

After six consecutive paid months of active membership, you will unlock a complimentary mystery Bijou Mère skincare gift.

Your mystery gift will be selected by the clinic and is subject to product availability.

Membership payments must be up to date when the six month milestone is reached and when the gift is claimed.

The mystery gift has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for membership credit.

14. BEAUTY & WELLBEING AFFILIATE PERKS

Active Passport members may occasionally receive exclusive benefits and privileges through selected Skin Lounge beauty and wellbeing affiliates.

Participating businesses, benefits and availability may change throughout the year.

Any affiliate benefit will also be subject to the individual terms and conditions of the participating business.

15. ADDITIONAL MEMBER PRIVILEGES

From time to time, active Passport members may receive additional member only offers, treatment privileges, product offers, early access or other Skin Lounge surprises.

These benefits may change throughout the year and are subject to availability.

16. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

Your Skin Lounge Passport has an initial six month membership commitment.

During this initial period, all six monthly membership payments are due in accordance with your chosen membership tier.

After completing your initial six month membership period, your membership will continue on a monthly rolling basis.

You may cancel your membership at any time after completing your initial six month commitment.

All treatments received must be covered by the corresponding membership payment. If you have already received a treatment relating to an upcoming or outstanding payment, that payment remains due.

Following cancellation, no further membership payments will be taken once all payments properly due under your membership have been made.

Membership benefits, Passport privileges, member pricing and discounts end when your membership ends.

Any unused appointments, rewards or member privileges have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for products, credit or a refund.

17. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

We understand that circumstances can sometimes change unexpectedly.

If serious illness, significant changes in personal circumstances or another exceptional situation prevents you from continuing your membership during the initial six month period, please contact Vicki Clarke Cosmetics Skin & Body Clinic.

Requests for early cancellation will be considered individually and reasonable supporting information may be requested where appropriate.

Any discretionary agreement to end a membership early does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

18. GENERAL TERMS

Membership benefits are personal to the registered Skin Lounge Passport holder unless a particular benefit specifically allows gifting or guests.

Passport benefits and privileges cannot be exchanged for cash.

Treatments are always subject to consultation, contraindications and professional suitability.

Vicki Clarke Cosmetics Skin & Body Clinic reserves the right to make reasonable changes to participating treatments, modalities, member benefits or these terms where necessary.

Where a significant change materially affects an active membership, members will be informed.

Nothing within these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

By purchasing a Skin Lounge Memberships with Vicki Clarke Cosmetics your are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
