Shipping Costs
We offer FREE UK shipping on all product orders over £79. Orders below this amount will be charged at our standard delivery rate, which will be displayed at checkout.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are carefully processed and quality-checked before dispatch. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery in some circumstances, particularly where orders include three or more products or specialist items.
Split Deliveries
Some orders may be dispatched in separate packages and arrive at different times. This helps ensure faster processing and secure delivery when products are sourced or prepared from different locations.
Product Quality
We only stock and sell professional-grade products that are industry tested and used within our own treatments and training programmes. Each product is carefully selected to meet our high standards.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier. We recommend ensuring delivery details are correct at checkout to avoid delays.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchange Policy – Products
At Vicki Clarke Cosmetics, we take pride in supplying professional-grade, industry-tested products. Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare items, we operate the following returns and exchanges policy.
Opened or Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on opened or used products. This includes any items where seals have been broken or packaging has been tampered with.
Unopened Products
Returns or exchanges may be considered for unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt, provided:

Products are returned in the same condition as received
Items must arrive back to us within this 14-day period to be eligible.
Defective or Faulty Products
If you believe a product is defective, please notify us and return the item within 14 days of receipt so it can be investigated. Defective products must be returned with all original packaging. Once assessed, an exchange or refund will be offered where appropriate.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be sent back with all original packaging, including boxes, inserts, and protective materials. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Return Postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Processing of Refunds & Exchanges
Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed once returned items have been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, promotional products, and bundled offers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless deemed faulty.
