Booking & Appointments

  • All treatments and courses must be booked in advance via our website or by contacting us directly.

  • Appointments are confirmed once payment or deposit is received, depending on the service or course.

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times to accommodate following bookings.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • All bookings require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • We do not offer refunds for cancelled appointments.

  • If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, we will offer a new appointment slot at your convenience.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of session, and no replacement slot will be offered.

Treatment & Product Policies

  • All treatments are performed by trained professionals.

  • Consultation is required before most treatments to assess suitability, medical history, and skin/body condition.

  • Hygiene and safety standards are strictly maintained at all times.

  • Products sold are professional-grade, industry-tested, and used in our own treatments.

  • Returns/exchanges follow our Returns Policy, with 14-day returns for unopened products. Opened or used items are non-refundable.

Promotions & Packages

  • Promotional offers and treatment packages must be paid in full upfront.

  • All promotional packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

  • Packages or courses may include specific terms, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Health & Safety

  • Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to your treatment.

  • Some treatments may be unsuitable for certain health conditions; your therapist will advise accordingly.

  • For training courses, safety guidelines and PPE requirements must be followed.

Conduct

  • We aim to maintain a professional, friendly, and safe environment.

  • Aggressive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and the business reserves the right to refuse service if necessary.

Payment

  • Payment is required at the time of booking for treatments or products.

  • For courses, instalment options may be available, with a non-refundable deposit to secure your place.

Privacy & Data

  • Client and student information is stored securely in compliance with GDPR.

  • Your personal details will never be shared without consent.
