Booking & Appointments

All treatments and courses must be booked in advance via our website or by contacting us directly.

Appointments are confirmed once payment or deposit is received, depending on the service or course.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times to accommodate following bookings.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

All bookings require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

We do not offer refunds for cancelled appointments.

If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, we will offer a new appointment slot at your convenience.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of session, and no replacement slot will be offered.
