This course teaches learners the traditional techniques of Indian Head Massage, focusing on relaxation, stress relief, and energy balance through massage of the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp, and face.

Structure and functions of the muscular, skeletal, circulatory, and nervous systems of the upper body
Understanding the lymphatic system and its role in detoxification
The energy points (chakras) related to Indian Head Massage
The physical and psychological benefits of massage therapy
Practical Skills:
Preparing the treatment area, oils, and equipment
Performing seated Indian Head Massage techniques safely and effectively
Applying massage movements to the back, shoulders, neck, scalp, and face
Using pressure points and rhythmic techniques to relieve tension and stress
Adjusting techniques to suit individual client needs and comfort
Ensuring correct posture and ergonomics during treatment delivery
Cleaning, disinfecting, and storing equipment and oils correctly after use
