Structure and functions of the muscular, skeletal, and circulatory systems of the legs, feet, and hands
Understanding Thai energy lines (Sen lines) and their therapeutic benefits
Effects of Thai massage on lymphatic flow, flexibility, and joint mobility
The physical and emotional benefits of traditional Thai massage techniques
Practical Skills:
Preparing the treatment area, tools, and client for massage
Performing traditional Thai hand, leg, and foot massage sequences
Using thumb, palm, and knuckle techniques for pressure and energy work
Applying stretching, rolling, and compression techniques safely and effectively
Adapting treatment for different client needs and comfort levels
Maintaining correct therapist posture and body mechanics
Cleaning, disinfecting, and storing tools and equipment correctly
