Lash & Brow Tinting Training Course

This course provides learners with the essential knowledge and practical skills to safely and effectively perform professional lash and brow tinting treatments, enhancing the natural definition and colour of the eyes.

What You Will Learn:

Theory and Compliance:

• Health and safety regulations for eye treatments

• Completing risk assessments and maintaining a hygienic treatment area

• Recognising contraindications and managing contra-actions

• Correct use of PPE and eye protection

• Understanding Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for tinting products and developers

• Performing accurate client consultations and patch testing procedures

• GDPR and maintaining confidential client records

• Providing thorough aftercare advice to support lasting results and eye health

Anatomy and Physiology:

• Structure and function of the hair and skin relevant to the eye area

• Understanding the growth cycle of eyelashes and eyebrows

• The anatomy of the eye and safe working zones

Practical Skills:

• Preparing the treatment area, tools, and products safely

• Performing a skin sensitivity test (patch test) prior to treatment

• Selecting and mixing appropriate tint colours for lashes and brows

• Safe and precise application and removal of tints

• Creating customised colour effects to suit different clients

• Providing aftercare and maintenance advice

• Cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilising tools after each client
